Most small business customers can start or stop their gas and electric service quickly and easily online. If you’re an existing customer moving within PG&E’s service area, you can stop service on your current location and start service on your new location in a single transaction.
In most cases, you can start or stop service on the same day you complete your request—or arrange for service up to 60 days in advance.
Requesting new service takes a few simple steps:
NOTE: If your new service requires a deposit, you may be able to have it waived. Follow the steps under In Lieu of Deposit.
Are you a current customer adding another business location to your PG&E account? Sign in to your online account to add the location.
To stop service, sign in to Your Account or use One Time Access.
Or, sign in without an online account using your last name, service address ZIP code and the last four digits of your Tax ID number.
Are you moving within our service area? To transfer service, sign in to Your Account or use One Time Access.
