Request translated energy statements

To receive your PG&E bill in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) or Spanish:

  1. Sign into your online account.
  2. Scroll down to "Language" box.
  3. Choose your preferred language.
  4. Click "Save Changes."

Get Braille appliance markings

  • Install 'Braille points' on appliances. Braille points make cooking and adjusting household controls safer and easier for our blind and low vision customers.
  • Braille points are special reference marks that can attach to dials on appliances such as: 
    • Ovens
    • Thermostats
    • Other household controls

Receive PG&E statements in Braille

Blind or low vision customers can request monthly PG&E energy statements in Braille.

Your Braille PG&E statement:

  • Provides information about energy usage, billing dates and amount due.
  • Includes information comparing your current monthly usage to the previous monthly usage.
  • Typically arrives a week later after the printed statement.
  • Doesn't include late notices and other legal announcements.
