California Water Association's list of IOU Water Agencies

This list helps determine if a water agency is an Investor Owned Utility (IOU) or non-Investor Owned Utility (non-IOU). The information is required for the Water-Energy Calculator. If your water agency appears on the list, it is an IOU. If it does not appear on the list, it is most likely a non-IOU.
