ALERT: As part of the 2022 California Arrearage Payment Program (CAPP), PG&E distributed more than $207 million in bill credits. The credits help pay eligible residential customers’ past-due energy bills that increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. You may qualify for the credit if you had an unpaid PG&E bill for services between March 4, 2020 and December 31, 2021. No application is necessary, and if you qualify, you will see a bill credit in one-to-two billing cycles. Learn more about CAPP.
