  • Extra support during outages and emergencies

  • Have a doctor or medical professional complete Part B.

Get extra support during outages

Is your health or safety at risk during an outage, but you don’t qualify for Medical Baseline? We're here to help. 

  • Support during major emergencies and multi-day outages
  • Additional follow-up from PG&E if you don't respond to alerts
  • Extra notice before power is turned off due to nonpayment
  • More support for rebates, discounts and other programs
