To remove someone from your account, you’ll need to contact Customer Service at 1-800-743-5000. NOTE: You can remove yourself from any account, but if you’re trying to remove someone else you need to be the main customer of record.
For proof of service, sign in your online account. Select “Billing & Payment History” on your dashboard and then “Payment Reference Letter.” After printing, you may want to mark out your account number and financial history.
If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment and your account is now current, please call 1-800-743-5000 to have your services restored.
