    Did you receive a call about FERA? Here's how to check it's from PG&E.

    PG&E may call customers who could qualify for the FERA discount. We may also work with trusted partners to help customers enroll.

     

    If you get a call, you can choose what works best for you:

    • Apply over the phone with a trained representative
    • Apply online
    • Call PG&E directly at 1-800-743-5000 to confirm the call or get help

      How do I submit a FERA application by mail, fax or email?

          Enrollment if your energy bill comes from the landlord, not PG&E (sub-metered tenants)

          Tenants of sub-metered residential facilities can apply for a monthly discount on their energy bill through FERA. 

          • To qualify, the energy bill from your landlord must be in your name. Standard eligibility requirements apply.

           Note: Tenants of sub-metered residential facilities CANNOT use the online FERA application. To apply for FERA , you must download and print an application for sub-metered tenants.
