Keep the contact information for your business current, so we can let you know about electric outages or send you a billing alert or any other alert you’ve signed up to receive.
Sign in to Your Account and make your updates under Profile & Alerts. The changes will be effective immediately.
Visit Your Account to change the mailing address where we send your monthly energy statement or other PG&E mail. If you have multiple accounts that need to be updated, each needs to be updated separately.
NOTE: If your existing service address changes for any reason, such as a new ZIP Code being assigned, please let us know at 1-800-468-4743.
If your company is moving to a new address, it’s easy to make an online request to transfer your PG&E service.
Keep your phone number current in Your Account so we can recognize you when you call, and so we can contact your business in case of a power outage or emergency. You can also add phone numbers for employees or emergency contacts, if you want them to be contacted under certain circumstances.
Add your mobile number to receive text notifications you select, such as billing alerts or service appointment reminders.
Keep your email current so you won’t miss bill notifications, alerts and other important information about your PG&E account. You can add up to five email addresses and have flexibility in what information is sent to each address.
The business name on your account can’t be updated online. PG&E needs to verify credit and potentially adjust the deposit amount when the name on an account changes.
