Guest bill pay

Guest bill pay is a convenient way to pay your PG&E bill online without signing in. No usernames or passwords are required. You only need:

• Your account number
• The phone number linked to the account
• Your ZIP code

Note: Although guest bill pay is a convenient way to pay, we still recommend you create an online account to access all pge.com’s features.

Pge.com users can pay their bill without signing in. However, if you pay by phone or use the guest bill pay option without signing into your account, the following transaction fees below will apply:

Effective June 9, 2025:

• Residential customers using a consumer/personal credit card or debit card: $1.50.
• Business customers using a consumer/personal credit card or debit card: $6.95.
• Payments made with a commercial credit card, the surcharge will be 1.95% of the payment amount.

Pay with Google Pay and Apple Pay

Guest bill pay provides digital wallet options (Google Pay, Apple Pay), but payment must be immediate (i.e., no future-dated payments).
