Have you signed up for outage alerts? Update your contact info at pge.com/outagealerts.

Do you have a ready-to-go bag with nonperishable food, one gallon of water per person per day, medications, flashlights, and batteries? Download an emergency kit checklist (PDF).

If you own a generator, is it safe to operate? Download the generator safety fact sheet (PDF).

Have you mapped out a location for your family or roommates to meet in case you have to evacuate? Make sure to plan out a secondary location in case the primary location is inaccessible.

Do you have a personal safety plan for all members of your family, including your pets?

Are your mobile phones fully charged? Consider adding a battery-powered portable charger to your emergency kit in case your power is out.
