PG&E offers more than 575 convenient authorized neighborhood payment center locations.

No payment service charges

These locations may accept:

Cash
Checks
Money orders
Cashier's checks

There is no payment service charge.

Note: Walmart stores do not accept checks. They do accept cash and PIN-based debit cards.

Accessible centers

Look for the International Symbol of Accessibility (ISA) at PG&E's neighborhood payment centers.
Our centers are accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with applicable law.

Same-day payments

Payments made before 5 p.m. are posted the same day.
Most locations are open after business hours and on weekends

Validated receipts

Bring your bill or 11-digit account number with you to make your payment
Retain the receipt for your records
You will need this if you call us about your payment.
