Log in to Discovery Access
All users have access to public documents on the Regulation page. Users who have registered and enrolled in a particular case may see discovery for that case, in addition to public documents.
- Click "Register" in the "Discovery Log In" section.

- You will receive an email confirming that your account has been created with instructions to set up your password.
- You will still need to enroll for case-specific discovery access.
- Once you have logged in and set your password, click "Enroll" at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the instructions on this page to enroll for case-specific discovery access.
To log in
- Click "Log In" in the "Discovery Log In" section.
- Once you're logged in, you can search discovery for the cases in which you're enrolled.
- If you forgot your password, click "Log In" in the "Discovery Log In" section.
- Click "Forgot Password."
- Enter your username.
- Enter your email address.
- A temporary password will be emailed to you shortly.
- If you forgot your username, click "Log In" in the "Discovery Log In" section.
- Click "Forgot username."
- Enter your email address.
- Your username will be emailed to you shortly.
