Program eligibility
The program offers two levels of service based on your location and sector.
Basic eligibility
To receive basic services, you must:
- Be a PG&E non-residential electric customer
- Operate at least one off-road, medium-duty or heavy-duty vehicle (class 2-8)
- Agree to the program Terms and Conditions (PDF)
Basic services include site reviews, capacity checks, support with capacity bridge solutions and service application support.
Full eligibility
To receive all available services, you must:
- Meet the basic eligibility criteria listed above
- Be located in an underserved community
- Belong to a priority sector
- Schools
- Transit Agencies
- Municipalities
- Small Businesses (<500 employees)

There is no cost to get help from a fleet advisor.
Choose the services that best fit your needs. An advisor can help with any part of the process, from planning to support during and after installation.
Underserved communities include areas most affected by pollution, tribal lands and low-income communities. These criteria are defined in California Assembly Bill (AB) 841.

Yes. Your advisor can help you find other applicable programs, including EV Fleet or On-Bill Financing.
Your advisor can help you learn about bidirectional chargers. They can also help you find programs that can help you save additional money, such as the Vehicle to Everything (V2X) pilot.
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) requires PG&E to collect data on all program participants. This allows the CPUC to track how the program benefits customers. All data collected is confidential.
