In accordance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) Standards of Conduct for Transmission Providers, Pacific Gas and Electric Company is posting the following information as required by the Order.
Each posting requirement is listed below by the section number in which the posting requirement is stated in the Order.
Log in to Discovery Access
All users have access to public documents on the Regulation page. Users who have registered and enrolled in a particular case may see discovery for that case, in addition to public documents.
- Click "Register" in the "Discovery Log In" section.
- Enter your name, a username and your email address.
- If you are already registered, you can use the same username and password.
- You will receive an email confirming that your account has been created with instructions to set up your password.
- You will still need to enroll for case-specific discovery access.
- Once you have logged in and set your password, click "Enroll" at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the instructions on this page to enroll for case-specific discovery access.
To log in
- Click "Log In" in the "Discovery Log In" section.
- Once you're logged in, you can search discovery for the cases in which you're enrolled.
- If you forgot your password, click "Log In" in the "Discovery Log In" section.
- Click "Forgot Password."
- Enter your username.
- Enter your email address.
- A temporary password will be emailed to you shortly.
- If you forgot your username, click "Log In" in the "Discovery Log In" section.
- Click "Forgot username."
- Enter your email address.
- Your username will be emailed to you shortly.
