2018 Bundled RPS Energy Sale Solicitation

PG&E is conducting a solicitation to sell Portfolio Content Category 1 (PCC 1) bundled Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) – eligible energy and corresponding Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) generated during 2018 through 2022 pursuant to a confirmation.

 

The solicitation complies with PG&E's 2017 RPS Plan which was approved by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in Decision 17-12-007.

Participants' Webinar

February 21, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.

Bids Due. Bid(s) must be submitted to the online platform at Power Advocate.

February 27, 2018 at 1:00 PM

PG&E notifies qualified Bidders.

March 6, 2018

PG&E and qualified Bidders complete negotiation of an Agreement, which shall be subject to “CPUC Approval,” as provided in the Agreement.

March 23, 2018

PG&E submits Agreements for CPUC Approval.

No later than 60 days after execution.

Solicitation Protocol, PG&E EEI Master Agreement, and Bid Form

Buyers must meet the criteria established in PG&E's Solicitation Protocol in order to submit bids for the purchase of PCC 1 bundled RPS-eligible energy and RECs from PG&E. As a requirement to participate, Buyers must submit a completed Bid Form in accordance with the solicitation timeline. If Buyers propose edits to the form of Agreement, those edits must be included at submission of Bid.
