PG&E is conducting a solicitation to sell Portfolio Content Category 1 (PCC 1) bundled Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) – eligible energy and Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) generated in 2020 and 2021 pursuant to a confirmation.
The solicitation complies with PG&E's 2019 RPS Plan which was approved by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in Decision 19-12-042.

Participants must meet the criteria established in PG&E's Solicitation Protocol in order to submit bids for the purchase of PCC 1 bundled RPS-eligible energy and RECs from PG&E. As a requirement to participate, Participants must submit a completed Bid Form in accordance with the solicitation timeline. The Bid Form is now an editable PDF of the EEI Master Agreement Confirmation. Submission of Participant Attestations and executed Confidentiality Agreement are also required as part of the bid package. Additionally, all other required bid package documents are listed below.
