PG&E issues a Request for Abstracts (RFA) for the C&S Compliance Improvement Performance Subprogram. Qualified parties are asked to propose Performance Solutions and Services that could be integrated into the EnergyCodeAce.com portfolio. Strategic, cross-functional approaches are preferred. The successful bidder(s) will work with PG&E’s C&S Compliance Improvement Subprogram Manager and other consultants to vet compliance improvement solutions with the CEC and effectively implement the Solutions through Energy Code Ace in a cohesive manner. Other consultants will include experts in instructional design, communications, energy consulting, modeling, process improvement and standards development.
In accordance with D.18-01-004, the C&S Compliance Improvement Subprogram will follow a two-stage solicitation process. Interested bidders will participate in an RFA. Shortlisted bidders are invited to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
