Overview

The Statewide State of California RFA is seeking third-party energy efficiency proposals to procure programs that deliver immediate energy savings and carbon emissions reductions for facitilites owned and operated by California State Agencies, including the Executive and Judicial Branches.

Important Information

All participants interested in submitting a bid package into PG&E's Statewide State of California RFA will need to register with Power Advocate before submitting a proposal into the RFA.  To register at Power Advocate, click on the following link: register for RFA #104633.

Power Advocate is the only platform PG&E will accept for proposals and bids. For technical support, email Support@poweradvocate.com.

How to submit an proposal or bid

Save the RFa materials below according to the required file naming convention prescribed in the Proposal Format section of the RFP General Instructions. All bid package materials must be submitted on the Power Advocate site by the schedule and time indicated above.
