Learn about rebate programs
PG&E offers energy-efficiency rebates to owners and managers of existing multifamily properties with two or more units. Rebate programs include money- and energy-saving solutions for upgrades to qualifying products in individual tenant units and in common areas of apartment buildings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes.
Apply for rebates and start saving
Send completed forms to obtain a reservation number:

NOTE: The rebate program is subject to change or termination without prior notice. The rebate program is funded by California utility customers and administered by PG&E under the auspices of the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC)
ALSO NOTE: Reservations are not required but may be used to reserve funds. Funding for the program is limited. Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Some products may require installation by a qualified, licensed contractor. Contractors requesting a rebate for clients must reserve funds.

The California Advanced Homes Program will continue in 2016, working with California’s other investor-owned utilities to offer a single, statewide program for builders of energy-efficient new homes. The program encourages new residential construction to meet goals set by the CPUC that will help all new homes reach Zero Net Energy by 2020. TRC Solutions is implementing the program for single-family new construction in the PG&E service area. For program information and an application, refer to the TRC Solutions website.
