Apply for eRebates online


Follow these steps to apply online:


  1. Log in to your account. Visit Your Account.
  2. Go to the My Usage and Ways to Save section of your account dashboard.
  3. Select eRebates.
  4. Start the eRebates application process.
  5. For faster service, upload proof of purchase in JPEG or PDF format. Alternatively, you may fax or mail it.
  6. Check your email for the eRebates application receipt.


Apply for eRebates by fax


Follow these steps to apply by fax:


  1. Print your eRebates confirmation page.
  2. If your eRebates confirmation page is not available, print and complete a paper application form. Download PG&E Energy Efficiency Rebates for your Home (PDF, 462 KB).
  3. Fax the eRebates confirmation page or completed paper application form and proofs of purchase to 1-877-375-4304.


Apply for eRebates by mail


Follow these steps to apply by mail:


  1. Print your eRebates confirmation page.
  2. If your eRebates confirmation page is not available, print and complete a paper application form. Download PG&E Energy Efficiency Rebates for your Home (PDF, 462 KB).
  3. Mail the eRebates confirmation page or completed paper application form and proofs of purchase to the following address:

Check on an eRebates application


Follow these steps to check the status of your eRebates application:


  1. Log in to Your Account.
  2. Go to the My Usage and Ways to Save section of your account dashboard.  Select eRebates.
  3. Select Status.
