Due to extremely high inventory conditions on the Pacific Gas and Electric Company pipeline system, a System-Wide OFO was called for gas flow day June 30, 2007.

If the pipeline inventory level does not fall within the normal operating limits as designated by the System Inventory Status graph after the Evening scheduled cycle has been processed, a Receipt Point Capacity Allocation may be necessary for the Intraday 1 cycle for gas day June 30. Receipt Point Capacity Allocations will be made in accordance with gas Rule 14 .
