As part of California Gas Transmission's INSIDEtracc maintenance Wednesday evening, all INSIDEtracc reports are now available in the Actuate (.roi) format (as previously used with the Citrix-based system). INSIDEtracc reports are also available in .pdf format, and can be exported to a comma-separated value (.csv) or Excel (.xls) format.

Users wishing to view reports using the Actuate .roi format will need to download the free Actuate Viewer to their machines (similar to the download needed for viewing .pdf files). This is an optional download and not required for viewing reports in other formats.

To download the Actuate Viewer, go to the Actuate Web site page and click the link for "Actuate Viewer Release 8 Service Pack 1 for Windows." Follow the instructions to download the Viewer.
