INSIDEtracc Training - Focus on Reports and Usage

California Gas Transmission is pleased to offer training sessions focusing on the Reporting and Usage modules in INSIDEtracc. If you primarily access INSIDEtracc to view usage information and reports, and would like to learn more about these functions in the Web-based system, this training is for you. If you have already participated in one of our extended training sessions, you are welcome to attend this training as well; however, no new information will be provided in this specialized training.

Training sessions will be conducted using an online Web conferencing tool, and customers can attend from the comfort of their own offices. Training sessions are approximately 20 minutes in length, and will be held at the following times (all Pacific time) and dates:

Friday, June 1

  • 1:30 p.m.


Monday, June 4

  • 10:30 a.m.
  • 1:30 p.m.


Tuesday, June 5

  • 1:30 p.m.


CGT is asking customers to sign up for one of the training sessions by contacting Susan Newman by phone (415.973.2241) or e-mail ( Please provide the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Company name
  • Company phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Date/time of training session desired

Instructions for entering the online training session will be sent to each enrolled customer prior to the training. A CGT representative will call to provide trainees with a user name and password for the new system.
