California Gas Transmission's new Web-based nomination system, INSIDEtracc, is now available. This system can be accessed through the "INSIDEtracc, Logon" link on Pipe Ranger's top navigation bar, or the "INSIDEtracc (New)" link on Pipe Ranger's home page.

Customers who have completed training sessions will be called by a CGT representative today with their new logon IDs and passwords for the new INSIDEtracc screens. For security purposes, our representatives must talk directly with the user to exchange information. If you have received a call from a CGT representative about your new logon ID and password, please return the call as soon as possible so that we can provide you with your new logon ID and password.

The current INSIDEtracc system ("INSIDEtracc (Old") will be running in parallel with the Web-based system for the next three weeks, and can be found through the "INSIDEtracc (Old)" link on Pipe Ranger's home page. Users should use their existing logon IDs and passwords to access the "Old" screens.
