Monday, May 07, 2007

This morning at 11:30 a.m. Pacific time, California Gas Transmission reduced the capacity of the Baja Path down to 860 MMcf/d. This capacity reduction is due to an emergency unplanned outage at the Kettleman Compressor Station. Customers will see cuts to volumes nominated on the Baja Path when viewing the Intraday 2 results for gas day May 4, 2007.

Every effort is being taken to expedite the repairs however, the capacity reduction is expected to continue through Sunday, May 6, and may extend until Thursday, May 10, 2007. Pipe Ranger will be updated to notify customers when the reduced capacity will return.
