PG&E's California Gas Transmission is aware that there is a problem with therm factors and usage data for Gas Day March 18th. If customers run the 400 Report - "Daily Gas Usage by Agent", they will see MCF but no therms. Also, if customers are looking at the Noncore Usage Forecast screen in INSIDEtracc, no usage will be showing for Gas Day March 18th.

We are currently working on resolving these problems and will update you as soon as they are resolved.
