The Volume field required to manually view saved INSIDEtracc reports has changed.

Three pieces of information are required if you use the Navigate, Reports, View Saved Reports option in INSIDEtracc: User Name, Password and Volume. The User Name and Password fields are the same as your INSIDEtracc User Name and Password. The Volume field will be blank if you have never logged into the Actuate Viewer in the past, or may have the old Volume showing if you have logged into the Actuate Viewer before. The Volume field needs to be set to "gasrpt01" in order to logon to the Actuate Viewer to see your saved reports.

No change is required if you currently view reports immediately after running them by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up window asking if you want to launch the Report Viewer.
