Customers can now log on to INSIDEtracc and utilize the system. However, reports functionality is still not available.

Late yesterday, we e-mailed customers the 100 reports for Timely cycle, Gas Day March 7. We are currently e-mailing out 100 reports for March 7 Evening cycle. The deadline for ID1 for Gas Day March 7 has been extended until 8:45 am Pacific time.

We will continue to e-mail the subsequent 100 reports to you until the reporting functionality is fixed. If you have any additional report requests, please contact Gas Scheduling (1.800.343.4743) or your CGT Account Services Representative.
