Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission Imbalance Statements for July were mailed to customers on Friday, August 11. However, due to system difficulties, July Imbalance Statements have not yet been faxed to customers.

We are working to resolve the problem and hope to have the faxed statements to you by close of business August 15.
