Changes to INSIDEtracc are coming this fall. The mid-August rollout date previously reported in California Gas Transmission's Pipe Ranger article has moved to November. On Tuesday, November 8, 2005, customers will see new nomination screens, and INSIDEtracc will embrace replacement nominations and bumping. Why this implementation delay?

CGT revealed during training sessions in San Francisco and Houston that the Pool Balancing feature found from the Nomination screen would be removed once the new changes were implemented. Customers seemed less than happy!

Based on overwhelming feedback received from our customers, the pool balancing buckets will continue as a feature in our nomination system, and will be back better than ever. In order to properly integrate this feature with the new INSIDEtracc nomination screens and bumping changes, the new rollout date for system changes needed to be rescheduled.

Pool balancing will now be an option from the Navigate toolbar selection. As we build a better bucket, watch for more information on this feature in Pipe Ranger articles.
