PG&E's California Gas Transmission has identified two common causes of INSIDEtracc connection issues. One is when the computer's temporary internet file cache is full, and the other is when hardware or software changes have been made to a computer.
Customers can try to resolve these connection issues prior to calling for CGT technical support by using the troubleshooting steps outlined in the document, Basic INSIDEtracc Troubleshooting Tips.
