OFO Forum July 13

Tuesday, March 29, 2005

Responding to a proposal from the School Project for Utility Rate Reduction (SPURR) and a group of market participants, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission will facilitate an OFO Forum via teleconference on July 13, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., Pacific time.

The market participants approached PG&E, seeking to expand the waiver of OFO noncompliance charges from $1,000 per month to $1,000 per OFO event. CGT considers this idea well suited for discussion among all concerned parties via a meeting of the OFO Forum. The proposal itself may now be downloaded from the Regulatory Issues & Reports Wing of Pipe Ranger's Library.

When considering such changes to OFO procedures and tariffs, input from a broad range of market participants will help ensure any proposed course of action is balanced and fair. The intent of the OFO Forum is for all stakeholders to share their views on OFO-related topics and proposals. CGT would like to hear all parties' opinions on this proposal at the Forum and therefore encourages your active participation.

To join this OFO Forum, RSVP to Mannie Yee at mmy3@pge.com or 415.973.1834 by July 7, 2004. CGT will then send you the details needed to participate in the conference call. Parties wishing to share written comments with participants during the Forum should e-mail such comments to Mannie Yee by July 7, 2004. CGT will then e-mail these comments to all participants prior to the Forum.

If you have any questions about the OFO Forum, please contact your California Gas Transmission Account Services Representative via the CGT Helpline, Jerry Miller at 415.973.4104 or Rich Hall at 415.973.2115.
