Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission recently distributed its 15th Operational Flow Order (OFO) Report, covering the fourth calendar quarter of 2003.

CGT compiles and posts OFO Reports each quarter. The reports document and explain all OFO, Emergency Flow Order, and trimming events during the quarter. All OFO reports and appendices are available under OFO Settlement Information in Pipe Ranger's Library.

Directions for downloading OFO Report Appendices

After clicking the desired "OFO Report Appendices" link, choose to "Run this program from its current location." If you receive a Security Warning, click "yes" to continue. Next, choose a folder on your hard drive where you would like to place the Appendices and click "Unzip." Two Excel files-OFO Report Appendices A and B-will be placed in the folder you specified. You may now "close" the WinZip window, and open the Appendix files from Excel.
