Extension Closes This Friday

As detailed in the 2004 Extension and Open Season Preliminary Timeline, December 5, 2003, at 5:00 p.m., Pacific time, is the deadline to:

•  Return executed extension offers to California Gas Transmission.
• Submit any nonstandard agreements concerning extension rights and assigned contracts.

Technical Corrections and Rates

Responding to the Administrative Law Judge's ruling, Pacific Gas and Electric Company today filed a response that, among other things, corrected rates corresponding to the proposals of the Gas Accord II -- 2004 Proposed Decision (PD). The corrected rates filed today make some small technical corrections to the PD's rate calculations. In its final decision, the CPUC may adopt some or all of these adjustments.
