Pacific Gas and Electric Company experienced disruption in Internet service this morning, including access to California Gas Transmission's Pipe Ranger Web site and INSIDEtracc.

Customers may experience disruptions when trying to connect to INSIDEtracc to place nominations. If you cannot access INSIDEtracc to enter and submit your nominations, please use the Gas Transportation Nomination Form listed in Pipe Ranger's Library section and e-mail/fax your information into CGT's Gas Scheduling Group.

INSIDEtracc users will be notified by e-mail of nomination deadline extensions. Please contact a CGT Account Services Representative if you are not sure your e-mail is listed with your contact name.

While most Internet systems are back and operational, customers may experience times of disruption connecting to Pipe Ranger. CGT appreciates your patience as we work to stabilize impacted systems.
