MDQs No Longer on the QT

Monday, March 28, 2005

Responding to customer requests in its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, California Gas Transmission today makes it easier than ever for gas suppliers to view their customers' Maximum Daily Quantities.

CGT added a new "MDQ" column to the NBAA Aggregations Summary (775 Report) available from INSIDEtracc. This addition allows gas suppliers to view current MDQs for end-use customers in their Noncore Balancing Aggregation Agreement.

Customers interested in sorting or working in Excel with 775 Report data should follow these easy steps:

  • from INSIDEtracc, run the 775 Report
  • from Actuate Viewer, select File, Save As, and choose html as the file format
  • open the html file from Microsoft Excel

The improved 775 Report is CGT's first initiative of the year in response to its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. Stay tuned for more!
