On April 2, 2003, Pipe Ranger's Pipeline Status pages displayed some inaccurate operations data for a few hours between the posting of plan one (at approximately 7:30 a.m., Pacific time) and plan two (at approximately noon).
Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission has diagnosed the cause of this error and has initiated a plan to correct it. However, the complete resolution will not be implemented until mid-June. Please be aware that, until the necessary behind the scenes software changes are made in June, some detailed operations information will not be updated with plan one on the second day of each month. The information will be updated with plan two.
The OFO Outlook posted with plan one will accurately display whether an OFO is in effect for the next day. However, the more detailed data below it (System Inventory Status, System Inventory Summary, Supply and Demand Forecast and Storage Activity Forecast) will not be updated until plan two is posted at approximately noon that day. Please keep in mind this situation will only occur on the second calendar day of each month and should be resolved prior to July 2, 2003.
Please contact your CGT Account Services Representative if you have any questions.
