As Pipe Ranger previously announced, shrinkage rates on Pacific Gas and Electric Company's pipeline system will change effective gas day March 1, 2003. INSIDEtracc will accurately shrink delivered volumes using the new rates.

If you placed your March nominations prior to this afternoon, however, INSIDEtracc displayed delivered volumes using the old shrinkage rates. Please be aware that INSIDEtracc will correctly apply the new, accurate shrinkage rates for gas days March 1 and beyond. Effective immediately, INSIDEtracc will display March delivered volumes using the new shrinkage rates.

Customers who made March nominations early should verify they have planned their delivered volumes using the new rates.
