Unlike much of the country, the San Francisco Bay Area was treated to the second warmest January on record. February now brings California Gas Transmission crisper days, with temperatures closer to normal and below. But normal for February still lacks the bite of normal January temperatures. The risk of an Abnormal Peak Day (APD) on Pacific Gas and Electric Company's system is fading to zero.
With March on the horizon, California Gas Transmission announces the close of the APD window. What does this mean to you?
