At the end of each year, California Gas Transmission surveys a cross-section of its customers to determine their level of satisfaction with CGT's service. The results are in for 2002, and CGT is pleased to announce its highest score ever! Eighty-nine percent of those surveyed rated CGT's customer service as "better" or "much better" than other pipelines.
CGT appreciates the time and effort our customers give to the annual survey. Candid customer participation and feedback provide CGT the direction it needs to implement annual product and service improvements, such as CGT's focus on timely response last year.
