Today Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission added a Supply and Demand Forecast and OFO Frequently Asked Questions to Pipe Ranger's Library. These six questions and answers offer additional detail about CGT's daily supply and demand forecast, the basis for OFO decisions.
