INSIDEtracc will now accept nominations at the new Questar Essex interconnect. The operational date of the new interconnect will be July 1, 2002. This date is the first day of gas flow-and the first gas day for which you may now nominate-between Questar and California Gas Transmission.
Moving gas from Questar's pipeline into CGT's pipeline system will require a new Transportation Service Agreement (TSA), received from Questar. The owner of the TSA must add the new agreement to INSIDEtracc. Once the Questar TSA numbers have been added to INSIDEtracc, nominations from the TSA, between pools, or to end-use customers are placed exactly as they are today. (For more information on pool-to-pool transactions, please see Pipe Ranger's Pool Table.)
The prefix QS identifies pools at the Questar interconnect, and an R, F, N, or DD at the end of the pool code designates the type of pool: Receipt, Firm Delivery, Normal Delivery, or Downstream Destination (off-system). Remember to use a downstream contract number when placing a nomination off-system at any interconnect point.
