El Paso Natural Gas Pipeline is experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from providing scheduled allocation volumes to Pacific Gas and Electric Company for the Intraday 1 cycle for flow day 05/28/2002. Therefore, scheduled ID1 cycle volumes reflect previous Evening cycle scheduled volumes.
