El Paso Natural Gas Pipeline is experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from providing scheduled allocation volumes to Pacific Gas and Electric Company for the Intraday 1 cycle for flow day 04/08/2002. Therefore, Pacific Gas and Electric Company scheduled the Intraday 1 cycle using previous scheduled volumes.
