Transwestern Technical Difficulties

Transwestern Pipeline is experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from providing scheduled allocation volumes to Pacific Gas and Electric Company for the Intraday 1 cycle for flow day 03/19/2002. Therefore, scheduled Intraday 1 cycle volumes reflect previously scheduled volumes.
