Pipe Ranger's March 12, 2001 news article, Kettleman Outage Will Reduce Inventory Limits, explained that the Kettleman Station tie-in would temporarily reduce maximum pipeline inventory to 4,500 MMcf.
California Gas Transmission expects the Kettleman work to be complete on April 29, 2001. Accordingly, CGT's maximum inventory limit will return to normal for gas day April 29. CGT's normal maximum inventory limit is 4,600 MMcf when total system demand exceeds 2,800 MMcf, and 4,500 MMcf when total system demand is below 2,800 MMcf.
Daily inventory limits can be found at Pipe Ranger's System Inventory Status and System Inventory Summary pages, while Pipeline Maintenance contains the most up to date maintenance news.
