Current unadjusted AMR data is available on INSIDEtracc. Adjustments cannot be made to existing data due to an internal file transfer issue. Pacific Gas and Electric Company programmers are working to resolve this problem.

As always, correct adjusted volume data is available on imbalance statements which are mailed before the 15th of each month.

Pipe Ranger is currently showing correct usage for December 31, 1999, although the year is incorrectly shown as 2099. Programmers are also working to restore Pipe Ranger's ability to reflect the most current day's usage data.
