2019 Bundled RPS Energy Sale Solicitation

PG&E is conducting a solicitation to sell Portfolio Content Category 1 (PCC 1) bundled Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) – eligible energy and corresponding Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) generated during 2019 through 2020 pursuant to a confirmation.

 

The solicitation complies with PG&E's 2018 RPS Plan which was approved by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in Decision 19-02-007.

Bids Due. Bid(s) must be submitted to the online platform at Power Advocate.

April 18, 2019 at 1:00 PM

PG&E notifies qualified Participants.

April 22, 2019

PG&E and qualified Participants execute an Agreement, which shall be subject to “CPUC Approval,” as provided in the Agreement.

May 2019

PG&E submits Agreements for CPUC Approval.

No later than 60 days after execution.

Solicitation Materials



Participants must meet the criteria established in PG&E's Solicitation Protocol in order to submit bids for the purchase of PCC 1 bundled RPS-eligible energy and RECs from PG&E. As a requirement to participate, Participants must submit a completed Bid Form in accordance with the solicitation timeline. If Participants propose edits to the form of Agreement, those edits must be included at submission of Bid.  PG&E requires Participants to agree to the Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Provisions attestation in the Bid Form.  Submission of Attachment C as part of the bid package is not necessary.
