July 2 SW-OFO

For gas day July 2, 2005, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission called a System-Wide OFO even though the requirements for a Customer-Specific OFO were met. Recent operating experience and current market conditions led CGT to call the System-Wide OFO.

This notice is provided in accordance with the OFO Settlement (Section (9), page 9).
