Today Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission makes it easier to find sales or services assistance on weekends and holidays.

On weekends and holidays, a CGT Representative is on call to meet your sales and service needs. A few CGT customers requested easier access to the weekend on call number for Sales or Account Services Representatives. Starting today, Pipe Ranger will highlight that information each Friday. Just check the right column of the front page, below Pipeline Maintenance, for the name and cell phone number of the Sales or Account Services Representative on call for the upcoming weekend.

You may still rely on the CGT Helpline to reach a Rep on the weekend. CGT Schedulers are in the office seven days a week between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., Pacific time, to receive phone calls. Weekend calls to CGT Sales or Account Services Representatives' desks, whether directly dialed or routed via the Helpline, will reach a voice mail box that includes the name and phone number of the on call Rep.
